Handmade with lost-wax casting method, with engraved PP initials at the back.

Red Hills medallion is inspired by painting Red Hills with Flowers, by Georgia O’Keeffe from 1937. Curvy lines of the flowers. Fascinated by contrasts in scale, Georgia O’Keeffe frequently juxtaposed enlarged still-life elements with far-off landscapes, as seen in Mexico. She continued this practice in Red Hills with Flowers, an image of vibrant flowers magnified and set against the red hills that surrounded her New Mexico home.
